We hereby engage Generations Photography to render services as follows:

Investment is $100 per hour with an 8 hour minimum. Over 8 hours is $75 per half hour. Initial deposit of $200 to reserve your date, the second deposit of $200 is due three months before the wedding. Third $200 deposit due one month before the wedding. Final balance of $200 plus any expenses such as overtime, parking or mileage of .75 per mile over 75 miles, due approximately 4 weeks after the wedding. Once final balance is paid you will get a password protected website of your images for a period of five months. You, your family and friends will be able to access your site to view, share, order prints, design and order albums. Before the five month period has ended you will be able to download all your images to keep for your own archives and to use however you choose.

By electronically signing this contract and with the initial $200 deposit you are hiring Generations Photography and Glenn Gross to reserve your wedding date and provide photo coverage for your wedding. Payment is to be made through Zelle using 847 577-1488 and Generations Photography to identify account to make payments. The undersigned parties hereby gives Generations Photography and Glenn Gross permission to use the photographs taken at your wedding for use in social media, and advertising. Glenn Gross and Generations Photography shall not be liable for compliance with this contract if failure is caused by Act of God, sickness, public enemy, failure of transportation or equipment, or by circumstances beyond reasonable control of the Generations Photography or Glenn Gross. Generations Photography and Glenn Gross shall not be responsible for loss or damage of property or for personal injury. Generations Photography and Glenn Gross total liability is limited to refund of deposit. Only the terms written herein are binding on the parties.
